Coordination of service teams
MAX FRANKE accompanies and looks after his projects even after the lights have been delivered. I coordinate the service teams that work for you in the field across Europe. Depending on the customer’s wishes, we take care of the correct swiveling of the lights before the branch opens and instruct your employees on site in the decoration with light. We always have replacement lights and bulbs on board in our service vehicles. We also do small repairs and the processing of complaints.
For MAX FRANKE, Total Customer Care does not end with the sale of the products and services, but also extends to the correct implementation on site.
In summary, the services of MAX FRANKE include:
Swiveling out the installed lights in the branch
Instruction of the branch employees on site in the decoration with light
Supply of head office or branches with additional light sources
Monitoring and telephone checking of the branches with regard to the replacement of lamps according to individual operating hour cycles

Route planning by the service team
Our service team is on the road for our customers all week. The routes are planned on a weekly basis and attention is always paid to effectiveness in order not to drive unnecessary kilometers.
Every year, our service team covers many kilometers for our customers, swiveling out lights or instructing employees on how to decorate with light.
We also drive across the German border to our customers in order to offer you the best possible service and to be able to get a picture on site and make the best recommendations.
