HISTORY
MAX FRANKE is a family company that was founded in 1897. Even then it was noted in the bank notes that “you can do good business” with MAX FRANKE.
The company has been run by the Schilling family since 1920. MAX FRANKE used to be a trading company for high-quality products from the glass and electrical industry.
Today MAX FRANKE operates as a luminaire manufacturer and is one of the top addresses nationwide for professional lighting planning and modern lighting concepts.

COMPANY HEADQUARTERS – POINT OF LIGHT
Our company headquarters is the central place where we let our new ideas and developments arise.
On approx. 7,000 square meters, we have enough space for light planning, project management, purchasing, our warehouse, as well as production, construction and lighting workshop.
In our showroom we present our individually developed lighting concepts to our customers.

We develop an individual and optimal solution for each customer according to their CI and brand position with the aim of emotionally charging the brand, drawing customers into the stores and making them linger.

MAX FRANKE AND HETI
In 2001, Philipp Schilling discovered the hull of the HETI in the port of Hamburg and founded the association “Friends of the sailing yacht HETI e. V. “with 12 members.
The association financed the faithful restoration of the HETI as a training measure by “Jugend in Arbeit Hamburg e.V.” at the Jönk shipyard and had it carried out.
